LDL cholesterol comes in a couple different flavors. One is 'ok' and one is 'bad'. Simply lumping all of your cholesterol into a single number is a useless metric without knowing the breakdown of the different types.

This.

This will be an excuse for some to get the untrimmed pork chops and fry them in butter flavored Crisco.

Wait...is there another way to cook them?

One pill makes you larger, and one pill makes you small, and the ones that mother gives you, don't do anything at all...

Every month some study comes out that contradicts the one from last month. For a while I kept up, now I'm getting to the point of not caring.

Instead, I've reached my own person conclusion thusly: Aside from a few obvious bad things, with everything else, it's all ok in moderation. ./end :coffeenpc:

My dad's entire side of the family lives into their 80s & 90s (men included) after a lifetime of munching on eggs, bacon, beef, cheese, and butter, and enjoying either the occasional cigar or glass of whiskey. <censored> it, I'm going that route. Just add coffee.

No smoking, though.
