Smug Hillary being asked if she'll be willing to accept the outcome as the will of the voters.

Answer: Hell, NO!

Hillary said:

“You cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about,” Clinton said in an interview with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour. “That’s why I believe, if we are fortunate enough to win back the House and or the Senate, that’s when civility can start again. But until then, the only thing that the Republicans seem to recognize and respect is strength.”

What you stand for is tyrannical micromanagement of everybody's lives through regulations, fines, and punishment decided by elected statist bureaucrats entrenched in federal agencies. What you care about, personally, is personal wealth and vodka.

Quote

Clinton alluded to previous controversies — like the 2000 election recount to the “swift boat” attacks against John Kerry in the 2004 presidential election to the confirmation of Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh — as evidence of what she sees as hardball tactics by Republicans.

Ah yes, the "hardball tactics" of not pulling our SCOTUS nominee as you expected, causing your side to go through with their charade and overplaying their hand to the point of exposure.

What Hillz is saying here is that the Left can't stand not being in power. They are, by their very nature, control freaks. So they see no need to be civil in order to get that power back. The ends justify the means.

Of course, once in power, statists at federal agencies will restore "civility" by using the IRS, FBI, OSHA, and any other applicable authority to restrict funding and free speech rights to their political opponents.

Hillary will be running in 2020, folks. This speaking tour she's doing with Bill is to hit up the usual financial backers, make the necessary promises, and it conveniently wraps up in the spring of 2019, just in time for her to announce. Since Hillary only has the health/sobriety to campaign part-time, and the arrogance to only campaign where the big money resides, expect Bill, Chelsea, and perhaps even Teresa Barnwell to fill in the campaign appearances for her.

That’s perfectly stated! I was looking for words to that effect.

Hillary Clinton said Tuesday that civility in America can only begin again if Democrats win back the House or Senate this fall.

Clinton alluded to previous controversies — like the 2000 election recount to the “swift boat” attacks against John Kerry in the 2004 presidential election to the confirmation of Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh — as evidence of what she sees as hardball tactics by Republicans.

“I remember what they did to me for 25 years — the falsehoods, the lies, which unfortunately people believe because the Republicans have put a lot of time, money, and effort in promoting them,” Clinton said. “So when you’re dealing with an ideological party that is driven by the lust for power, that is funded by corporate interests who want a government that does its bidding, it’s — you can be civil, but you can’t overcome what they intend to do unless you win elections.”

This candidate would have unified the Democratic coalition and won the Electoral College.

So all she had to do to lock up your vote, and those of your fellow travelers who claim to have not voted for her*, would have been to lie MORE?

Pathetic.

*BTW, thanks again for helping to put Trump in the WH. He is doing great things AND lives in leftard heads 24/7, rent free!

The mask has completely come off the democrats! They are not even trying to be deferential anymore. They want to take over, they want to take over by any means and when they do, they will crush anyone who does not agree with them. The Kavanaugh confirmation showed that they are willing to use a woman to ruin a man’s life for their power grab. They are just being honest now.

Try standing for and caring about something beneficial for the country instead of your bank account for a change and we'll talk. Until then, you're poison and can GFY.

Agreed. Dems only don the facade of civility when getting their way unchallenged.

Precisely! They will then ignore your pleas for fairness and equal treatment "with civility". If you protest, you will then be forcibly escorted beyond earshot of the ones you are protesting, but escorted "with civility". They will remove any 'uncivil' types on the Supreme Court, and load it with biased 'judges' who will be the arbiters of 'true civility'. Once they have sufficient control, the 2nd Amd will be done away with and your weapons confiscated "with civility". About then, the need for messy and 'uncivil' campaigns every few years will be done away with in the name of "civility", and they will make a law to grant you "freedom from elections", but it will be done "with civility". Next, you will have your excess property (read: most, if not all, of it) confiscated and distributed to the dems favored faction "with civility". You will be imprisoned for hate speech (read: virtually anything they don't want you to say), but "with civility". You will only be allotted govt controlled medical care if you have proven benefit to society (judged by their reckoning), and denied what care you may actually need - but you will be turned away "with civility". If you resist their (the dems) total control over your lives, you will be rounded up and removed (read: imprisoned or executed) from society "with civility". Your corpse will then be dumped in a mass unmarked grave of 'those deemed too uncivil for their society', but it will be done "with civility".

Their version of civility (just like their version of 'their truth') is far too much to take for we in the basket of 'deplorables'.
