Ford Rejects One-Week Cap on FBI Kavanaugh Query
Attorney Debra Katz issues statement in which her client rejects 'artificial limits'

Excerpt:

Christine Braley Ford is already pushing for removal of the one-week time limit senators agreed to Friday on a new FBI investigation of her allegation that Judge Brett Kavanaugh sexually molested her 36 years ago at a high school party.

Ford “welcomes this step in the process,” her attorney, Debra Katz, said in a statement. Katz added that Ford “no artificial limits as to time or scope should be imposed on this investigation.”

If Ford refuses to change her position, it could blow up an informal deal worked out between Republicans and Democrats on the Senate Committee on the Judiciary that allowed the Kavanaugh nomination to go forward while also allowing further investigation by the FBI of his background.

Earlier Friday, Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) said he would vote to forward Kavanaugh’s nomination by President Donald Trump to succeed the retired Justice Anthony Kennedy on the Supreme Court if the final vote in the upper chamber is delayed one week for the new FBI review.

Flake said the delay should be “limited in time and scope,” meaning a one-week time limit and with the bureau focusing only on Ford’s allegation. Democrats, led by Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.), accepted Flake’s proposal, including the time and scope limits.

Well honey, it would help immensely if you could remember the year this life-altering traumatic event allegedly occurred.

1. Not her call

2. A supplemental background check will only take a day or two.

Who cares what this shameless liar wants? Or her equally dishonest lawyer, for that matter?

FOAD, bitch.

As Mueller's supporters would say, "We have to let this investigation play out." Did anyone really think the Left's deception/corruption would magically disappear just because it did in Jeff Flake's mind? Seriously, who didn't see this coming...?

Are we sure that Ford said it?

She didn't know about the offer from the Senators to come to CA.

Her attorney told the committee that she's terrified of flying while SHE testified that she has no problem flying.

So, between monumental liars, who are we supposed to believe?

BOTH of them can eat their own shidt and expire expeditiously.

I'm pretty sure that this shidt came directly from the DNC instead of the dimwitted clueless lying bitch.

She doesn't get to tell anyone what to do... as Grassley (I believe) told a democrap senator that at the hearing that he doesn't get to tell Kavanaugh to tell senate what to do.

I am SO PISSED that Flake delayed the vote.

That is not a safe assumption for the guy who was the inspiration for Mark Judge's "Bart O'Kavanaugh" and whose fraternity motto was "No means yes, yes means anal."

Aren't you ignoring the facts? NONE of Ford's "witnesses" backed up her claims. How difficult would it be for someone to look up Kavanaugh's yearbook, use it to figure out who his friends were, then cook up a story exactly like Ford's to give to a complicit "News" media?

True, but it seems like the GOP is bending over backwards to accommodate her during this whole fiasco... you know, like allowing her to drive because she's afraid of flying...

If the simpering, lying woman-child was at all serious about her allegations, she would file a report with the local police in Maryland. She is a liar. Her lawyer has defended men who have done far worse than what they accuse Kavanaugh of. And they did so repeatedly

That would require that he read anything other than Huffpo, Skate, Vox, etc

Is there any proof she drove?

Because filing a false police report is illegal and will leave her open to prosecution.

"Ford told The Washington Post that Keyser was at the party. Though Keyser says she has 'no recollection' of being at a party that Kavanaugh attended, she told The Post that she believes Ford's allegation."

That doesn't raise any alarm bells with you, and that speaks volumes about either your duplicity or your intelligence. She's lying about me being there but I believe her. Wut?
