It causes/forces people into voting for something that they are absolutely opposed to, or voting against something that they are absolutely in favor of.
And BOTH parties do it all the damn time!

I agree. Have you heard that they have attached billions of dollars of spending to the "tax cut which isn't"?
Heard about the almost 2,000 1.1 TRILLION Spending Bill in the Senate today? No Republican input, and delivered who cloth to the floor of the Senate for planned vote before Christmas!
Not to mention a huge Continuing Resolution to keep the government funded after the 18th of this month. Heard it was something like 800 Billion more then the current budget it is "continuing".
They, the left mostly, just never listen to "NO MORE"!!
