The Ballad of E. Jean Carroll
(apologies to Gilligan's Isle)

Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale,
of nasty dirty tricks
That started in Bergdorf's dressing room
In 1996.

The guy was a powerful money man,
The woman dressed in black.
For 23 years she saved the coat
to remind her of the attack.

For years and years she told no one
what happened in that booth,
And now, since re-election is up
She's going to tell "her" truth

The media will run with this unfounded crazy story
And hope that it is bought
E. Jean Carroll,
who's memory's vague
The millionaire and his wife
It didn't work against Judge Kavenaugh, but
It's all the dems have got.

That is fantastic!!

This is a very serious charge.

What took her so long?

It's only been 20 plus years.

I believe it's called Trump derangement syndrome.

Very serious charge? It's not a charge it's an allegation. There is a big big big difference. An allegation is something someone claims, it is unfounded there is no evidence. It would in a normal world be the beginning of an investigation. A charge is after there has been an investigation, some evidence supports the claim and therefore the District Attorney in the local district would then charge the person of the crime, they would then take it to a Grand Jury who would then decide if the evidence would support a criminal case.

Note whether a charge or allegation the person is STILL INNOCENT of the claim until the state can prove guilt in a court of law.

This is just truly a claim by a person that wants fame, and fortune as well as an obvious political goal.

Lets use the language correctly, otherwise this becomes more than it really is.

In the real world this moron would have went to the police and filed charges. That didn't happen because she knows it's a lie. If she went to the PD with a lie they would have thrown HER in jail.

Woah, wait - You're still here? I'm delighted. I remember in This Thread You'd threatened to leave again. I'm glad you didn't. As I specifically stated in that thread, I really hoped it didn't come to that.

Will you respond to that post?

So, when she reads her own book on tape to hock to the public, will she do so in a squeaky, child-like voice like the Kavanaugh accuser did?

Hey lady, didn't you pay attention, the Kavanaugh Approach didn't work. But, I guess she's hoping for a GoFundMe windfall.

This lady is way off in coco puffs land, the cheese done slid off her cracker. Watch the interview she did with Anderson Cooper. She actually said “rape is sexy”. He had to cut straight to commercial.

Big difference between people who have established political ties and agenda's whose stories always seem to be changing, 25-30+ years after the incident vs people whose story does not change and they came forward right away or within a few years AND there is no agenda or political ties to anyone or anything.

Jaunita Broderick story changed over the years, even in a sworn deposition. The point I responded to is Clinton has never been convicted of rape either. He's never gone on trial for it.

Neither did Judge Kavenaugh, but it sure didn't stop a defacto conviction by the Left, Hollywood or numerous people in the D.N.C. know did it? Just as Trump has been convicted in the court of public opinion. As far as Broderick goes... changing stories and suddenly remembering more details(even when they didn't add up) was a okay during Kavenaugh's hearing. Broderick was one of a number of people who claimed slick willy raped them though. As they say one makes you go hmmm... two can be vengeful ex lovers, gold diggers or even nut jobs, but anything after three should have your attention.

Juanita Broderick
Kathleen Wiley
Paula Jones
Leslie Millwee

https://www.independ...y-a8058576.html

Three questions to always ask.

1. What do they have to gain?
2. Are they connected to any group that has an axe to grind, vendetta, or 'cause'.
3. Are they or where they connected to one another before, or during the time when the allegation is said to have taken place?

That's damn important because we live in an age when allegations are easy to make and can destroy someone both politically and financially with little to no repercussions for the person making bogus claims. When people have nothing to gain, and are not connected to each other or any group who have an axe to grind or nothing to gain there is probably something to it.
By the way, Hillary has lot's of experience in how to deal with defending rapists....

All good comedy is based in truth, and this is good comedy.

Anyone else remember how the left questioned Monica Lewinsky keeping the blue dress as long as she did. What level of crazy is this woman for keeping the outfit for 20 years?

Actually there was physical evidence of the rape, and sexual assaults as well as harassment going back years. The only reason he wasn't criminally charged was because the police that worked for him covered it up.

A book was written by the special prosecutor that looked into the Clinton allegations and found tons of evidence yet oddly enough no one prosecuted him for those crimes at the time. Wonder why? Well connected etc. There is no evidence to support this nonsense other than an allegation. Show me the money and I will change my position, but the reality is that this stuff is for the most part nonsense. Remember as well, Clinton was a trail blazer when it came to these things, they didn't have a lot of footage until him. After him anyone wank wants to take down a politician? Just claim sexual assault.
