Here it is. Yes, it is a reworked Wagamuffin Toon--but it's still so current!

No. I wrote about a memory I had of the original toon, but when I checked it--I had remembered something that never happened..

Nothing like "aren't trolls stupid?" when it was me who was wrong.

So I edited it out and wrote "oops" because you have to put something in when you erase/edit.

So thanks, zurg!

I like it! Saw a poster on the computer this morning that read, "You can kill your kid before it's born, but you can't spank your child. Who in the hell writes these laws?!"

I think you have to join RedState in order to comment. (But thanks for trying.)

I agree with PETP! Animals can fight back or try and run away, plants are defenseless against the attacks of evil human predators! In fact, the ONLY thing people should be allowed to eat should be animals, and not farm animals that are also defenseless. Only violent apex predators, like wolves, lions, bears, etc. and then only if hunted with a stone knife or spear, so the human risks as much as the animal! Anything else should be prohibited!

I am DERPTACUS!

I agree, but this should be taken even further. I have a modest proposal. Only PEOPLE who are on the right should be eaten or used for raw material for all products because animals and plants should be protected. But all unborn babies are fair game. Also, anyone who uses hate speech (as defined by leftists) or woman who votes the wrong way--according to pro choicers) should be used for food and clothing. Hat tip to Jonathon Swift.

It's way beyond corny, it's outright bananas.

Lettuce go meet my friends, they can't be beet.

Also, don't bend over in the garden grannie, them taters got eyes!

Potato Song (to the tune of the Mexican Hat Dance):

They're red, they're white, they're brown
They get that way underground
There can't be much to do
So now they have blue ones too.

We don't care what they look like we'll eat them
Any way they can fit on our plate
Every way we can conjure to heat them
We're delighted and think they're just great.

Refrain:
Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to.

Sometimes we ditch the skin
To eat what it's holding in
Sometimes we'd rather please
Have just the outside with cheese.

They have eyes but they do not have faces
I don't know if their feelings get hurt
By just hanging around in dark places
Where they only can stare at the dirt.

Refrain:
Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to.

I guess the use is scant
For other parts of the plant
But that which grows in view
Is eating potato too

I imagine them under their acres
Out in Idaho and up in Maine
Maybe wondering if they'll be bakers
Or knishes or latkes or plain

Refrain:
Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to.

Po ta to, po ta to, po ta to
Po ta to, po ta to..
