Great talent, and from everything I've heard around town, a great guy. May his memory be eternal.

I thought that he had died years ago?

The man was an awesome talent indeed.

He could play the hell out of anything that had strings on it.

RIP.

You may be thinking of Buck Owens. He passed in 2006.

Charo and Jose Faliciano play a good Malagueña; however Roy Clarks version on the 12 string is my faavorite.
Here are 2 versions. the last one is an amateur filming from the audience.

I have a wicked sense of humor with an eye for fashion and ear for good music. Roy Clark was an amazing talent and a class act. A compliment to his skills as a musician with a backhand intended to fit the titles of raucous bluegrass and rockabilly genres.

Wonderful..

I've heard Charo before. She is so very talented that I wonder what pushed her into going to the Hoo-chee Koo-chee schtick.

The man had amazing talent, and from what I've always heard a heck of a guy, everyone wanted him to be their friend.

I'm resurrecting this thread because I just came across this video, and the Fender Jaguar just happened to be my brother's (my lead guitarist in my band) all-time favorite guitar:
