Since the Hong Kong situation flared up over the weekend I've been been checking out news sources in Asia. The Chicoms are like a virulent organism spreading into places like Australia and New Zealand and beyond. The President needs to get tougher on Tsi who is clearly looking more and more like a neo-chairman Mao.

Clearly the protestors are not a priority.

I don't hear the demo smacks--ya know, those champions of the 'oppressed'--sayin' much :whistling:

They're about as vocal as they were during Tiananmen Square

 that's right! Lefties like commies. Nearly forgot

I don't hear the president saying much of anything. Well he did characterize the protests as riots.

He probably doesn’t want anything like this (that hasn’t turned REALLY violent yet) to distract from his focus on China economically. He probably doesn’t want to let “world sympathy” take hold for the Chinese side. If so, it’s probably smart - because everyone with a brain understands that the West overall must get China under control. They’re cheating everyone everywhere. Blatantly too.

President Trump cleverly put Tsi between a rock and a hard place yesterday by describing Tsi as a statesman who could calm the waters by meeting with the demonstrators to negotiate a settlement Trump knows Tsi is a thug regardless of what he says publicly. So Tsi has a choice, be a statesman and p!ss off his hardliners or bring down the hammer and show your true colors.

Trump is a master. He has maneuvered the progressives into a choice between their anti-semites or American traditional values.

Well then.... since he’s so wrong what wonderful solutions would you offer? Or what wonderful solutions have the democrats and the left offered? What has AOC had to say or Nancy on the subject? It’s easy to criticize but in doing so you need to offer an alterative. Hint just ignoring China isn’t an option. But I’m sure you and the democrats can offer a working logical strategy

Remember Commies like Commies, and they are in support of this happening to us right wingers in the US so they won't speak of it negatively. Just wait for the "Chi makes the trains run on time" articles of praise from NYT.
