New York's freshman congressman, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has, like, a lot to say, lol.

Over the course of a wide-ranging 80-minute interview at South by Southwest on Saturday, the 29-year-old left-wing lightning rod let loose a litany of "likes," "you knows," and "whatevers."

In between calling America "garbage," capitalism "irredeemable," and President Reagan racist, AOC said "like" no fewer than 71 times, "You know" at least 34 times, and "whatever" five times.

She also said "ummm" too many times for us to count. The popular progressive personality also has a penchant for peppering her prose with, "I think" and "I guess."

Speaking of her strategy of not trying to convince critics "of anything," AOC advised: "Stop trying to win people over, stop trying to enter a conversation thinking that you're going to, like, 'aha' them into changing their minds. And so, I think, that, you know, we've kind of lost the art of conversation. So when I enter a conversation with someone I actually try to learn more about where they're coming from, like I try — I actually use it as an experience to — like, let's say, I'm talking to someone who's saying something really racist and they don't even realize that they're saying something really racist, I — I asked some questions because I'm interested, I'm fascinated by that. How does that work, you know?"

Fascinating, sure, but she was hardly finished: "But you have to — we have to learn to, like, really disarm ourselves in these conversations first of all, because we approach them with so much hostility and, like, they get mad and we get mad and all of these things and — and we have — so, part of it is, like, emotional work. And — and the second part of it is intention, like, what are you trying to get out of this conversation?"

This, we regret to inform you, is but a small sampling. There was so, so much more. Which is why we compiled everything into one short supercut featured above.

Please, like, enjoy, or whatever.

Every day the failure of the American education system is displayed for all to see. It never is pointed out or discussed.

@0’ probably doesn't realize it but she discovered how to pay off college debt without ever having a real job.

 I love Damon Wayans. The truth, though, is that Oswald Bates, for all his bluster, makes a lot more sense than AOC.

WATCH: Ocasio-Cortez Tries To Grill Wells Fargo's CEO. He Destroys Her.

The Daily Wire
Ryan Saavedra
March 12, 2019

excerpt:

Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) tried to grill Wells Fargo CEO Timothy Sloan during a House Financial Services Committee Hearing on Tuesday and ended up getting embarrassed.

The hearing, held by Democrat Chairwoman Maxine Waters, was titled, "Holding Megabanks Accountable: An Examination of Wells Fargo’s Pattern of Consumer Abuses."

Ocasio-Cortez used her time during the hearing to push her political agenda against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and against the fossil fuel industry.

"Why was the bank involved in the caging of children and financing the caging of children to begin with?" Ocasio-Cortez asked.

"I don't know how to answer that question because we weren't," Sloan responded.

"Uh, so in finan--, you've, you were financing, involved in debt financing in CoreCivic and GEO group, correct?" Ocasio-Cortez responded.

"For a period of time, we were involved in financing one of the firms, we are not anymore," Sloan responded. "I'm not familiar with the specific assertion you are making, we were not involved in that."

It only got worse from there.

"Should Wells Fargo be held responsible for the damages incurred by Climate Change due to the financing of fossil fuels and these projects?" Ocasio-Cortez asked.

"I don't know how'd you calculate that, Congresswoman," Sloan responded.

"Say from spills, or when we have to reinvest in infrastructure building sea walls from the erosion of, um, from the erosion of infrastructure or cleanups, wildfires, etc...," Ocasio-Cortez said.

"Related to that pipeline?" Sloan replied. "I'm not aware that there's been any of what you've described that's occurred that's related to that pipeline."

Growing frustrated, Ocasio-Cortez talked over Sloan as he finished answering her question, asking, "How about, uh, the cleans up from the leaks of the Dakota Access pipeline?"

"I'm not aware of the leaks associated with the Dakota Access pipeline that you're describing," Sloan responded.

"So, hypothetically, if there was a leak from the Dakota Access pipeline, why shouldn't Wells Fargo pay for the clean up of it since it paid for the construction of the pipeline itself?"

"Because we don't operate the pipeline, we provide financing to the company that's operating the pipeline," Sloan answered.

Which makes her look smarter?

A rambling diatribe packed with conversational filler words or this posturing during a hearing?

When she opens her yap, before any words come out, she looks like the jackass that used to be part of the intro for Hee Haw.

What comes out of her mouth next reveals that she is as smart as the south end of that north-bound jackass.
