Ginsburg Is Why They Fought So Hard Against Kavanaugh

Excerpt:

The Democrat wrath against Judge Brett Kavanaugh made little sense last September because his vote was not considered a swing vote.

Nevertheless, Democrats beclowned themselves with allegations from a perjuring professor and silly nonsense about fart jokes in his high school yearbook. (Qui boofed?)

But Stan Greene at the Santa Monica Observer had an excellent explanation at the time: Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Over the summer, she informed Democrat senators that her cancer had returned.

Greene predicted, "Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Will Retire from the US Supreme Court in January 2019."

While she likely will survive this month, the truth is she had cancer, which panicked Democrats.

They still worry for good reason.

She is a frail little old lady who has fractured ribs and just underwent lung surgery. She has suffered cancer three times. She is unable to work.

Greene wrote in September, "She has told key Democratic members of the Senate about her medical condition, including ranking Democratic member of the Judiciary Committee Dianne Feinstein. This explains in part the 'take no prisoners' attitude of the Democrats during the Kavanaugh nomination, carefully orchestrating weak 37 year old allegations against Kavanaugh by Women he barely remembers knowing in High School and College.

"Kavanaugh is a player in this drama. He's in the wrong place at the wrong time. President Donald J. Trump will be replacing Notorious RBG, the lovechild of the left, and so will remake the Supreme Court for a generation. The Democrats simply must win back the Senate in November 2018, progressives feel."

Oddly enough, the attacks on Kavanaugh so repulsed people that not only did President Trump keep the Senate, but voters rose and threw out four incumbent Democrat senators.

In a midterm.

Opposition incumbent senators have a 96% chance of re-election in a midterm.

President Trump dumped four -- the most since 1934.

As her health declines and her absences from the court lengthen, some liberals are angry with her.

Wow! If Clarence Thomas retires as well that will be huge, that means DJT could actually put 4-5 of them on the bench. That would be a massive blow to the left!

She should be impeached. Period.

WTH is a sitting SCOTUS justice briefing Democrat leaders on her condition?

Way to give up even the transparent veil of impartiality.

I donít wish her pain or death or anything bad, but this woman is scum.

I'm going to stick with my previous December bet. Even if she's brain dead, the democrats will keep her on life support and claim she's on a "leave of absence". They want to buy time for the Mueller report (which will fail spectacularly and be quickly buried).

Judiciary Committee Democrat Floats Perjury Probe Of Justice Brett Kavanaugh

The Daily Caller
4:51 PM 01/20/2019 | Politics
Kevin Daley | Supreme Court Reporter

excerpt:

Democratic U.S. Rep. Joe Neguse of Colorado, a freshman member of the House Judiciary Committee, told constituents the panel will likely investigate Justice Brett Kavanaugh for perjury.

ďThereís no question [Kavanaugh] committed perjury during the confirmation hearings and so forth,Ē Neguse said when asked if the justice might be impeached. ďI think the Judiciary Committee is likely to take that up.Ē

WATCH Neguseís comments:

*SNIP VID*

A conservative opposition research group obtained and disseminated video of Neguseís comments.

The congressman was not specific as to which of Kavanaughís statements might rise to the level of perjury. Democrats have put forward various theories as to how Kavanaugh misled the Senate Judiciary Committee during his confirmation hearings: One theory, which NBC News advanced, held that he lied concerning when he first learned about the allegations of Deborah Ramirez, a Yale classmate who accused Kavanaugh of drunkenly exposing himself to her at a party.

In response to questions from lawmakers during his second confirmation hearing, Kavanaugh said he first learned of Ramirezís claims from The New Yorker, the venue in which her story appeared. NBC subsequently recovered text messages revealing the justice and his allies were discussing Ramirezís allegations before the storyís publication, prompting charges of perjury.

However, Kavanaugh told Senate investigators before the hearing that he learned Ramirez was searching for witnesses to corroborate her story well in advance of The New Yorker storyís publication, thereby belying the perjury charges. The NBC report was stealth-edited, and a correction was never issued.

That's a big explanation of leftism in general. Never accept that problems and issues of the past are either solved or have gotten better, instead of understanding this FACT they continue to act like any number of things are in fact worse and when in power or have the ability to write procedures essentially hold those who had nothing to do with the problems of the past responsible.

IE yes, Sexual harassment in the military. Just because it was a big problem DECADES ago and has since improved greatly doesn't mean you create a toxic environment where men are stressed even working with females. Ask any vet from the modern era and they can tell you numerous stories of false allegations and how it can destroy a mans career, destroy morale and in the end hurt our armed forces ability to fight and win because of it.

Another example is who they treat race. I could damn near write a book of how things which where huge issues in the past, have improved greatly but the left still treats it like it's just as bad or worse know and has either prevented from continuing to gradually improve and actually caused it to reverse coarse and get worse again. Guess the adage is true, the left needs victims, carnage, crises, and chaos. And by God if there is none they will create it.

Hopefully all this came out right.

I'm not into conspiracy theories, but I've read McCain actually died in March/April of last year, but they waited until August to announce his death. Why, you ask? Simple, McCain was very vindictive and he knew that if it was known he died in March, the Republican governor would replace him with a real Republican and that would be the vote needed to replace Obumbocare. This would have been a HUGE win for President Trump and he hated the thought of that. Thus, they put him on ice until August and his replacement wasn't in place until September...not enough time to get a new bill through the House and Senate. Senator Graham was that last person outside McCain's immediate family to actually SEE McCain alive and that was in February. Graham stated he was looking really bad (he said it in the most polite and loving way possible...but you got the gist), he was saying his last goodbyes, and it was obvious to him he didn't have long. If no one actually sees Ginsburg outside of far lefties for another month, then I do not have any doubt that she's dead and they've put her on ice until 2020.
