'Someone Kill the Judge'

11:38 AM, Apr 23, 2012 • By DANIEL HALPER

George Zimmerman, the accused murderer of Florida teen Trayvon Martin, has been released from jail on bail. Meeting Zimmerman's release are calls (on Twitter) for him to be killed. As Twitchy reports, "Twitter lynch mob: George Zimmerman is out on bail? Let’s kill him!"

But it's not just Zimmerman who is at risk. In fact, there's already been a call on Twitter for the murder of the judge, Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester, who agreed to release Zimmerman on bail.

Writing on a Twitter, someone named @Rick_Cobain writes, "Zimmerman released from jail someone kill the judge!!!!!"

Zimmerman released from jail someone kill the judge!!!!!

—  (@Rick_Cobain) April 23, 2012

Already 25 other people have retweeted @Rick_Cobain's call for murder.

I cannot help but wonder if Secret Service people will be sent to the homes of these people as was the case with Ted Nugent. Of course Ted is on the wrong side of "The Narrative" so perhaps not. :coolshades:

I can guarantee that if this case were in Texas, and someone threatened to kill a judge, that person would be having an immediate - and unpleasant - visit from a couple of large and serious Texas Rangers.

Where are Obama, Holder, Jackson, Farrakhan, and Sharpton....the enablers of this behavior?

Oh....they're all silent!!!

I may be wrong, but I don't think it's legal to threaten anyone with murder. You go and threaten a judge with murder and you SHOULD be receiving visits ala Ted Nugent very soon. Will that happen? Time will tell. If it does not, I think there ought to be a ruckus raised like no one's business.

You're correct, it isn't legal. And when it's done by electronic communication including telephone, the internet etc. it falls under making a 'terroristic threat.' It applies whether the threat is made to a judge or Joe Smith next door.

Each and every one of these 'tweeters are guilty of this crime and should be paid a vist from the authorites, but we'll see.

I was reading or watching a video online a while back and a leader from a foreign country was talking about "my people." Funny thing was, he was referring to all his fellow countrymen. Not our AG. His people aren't all of America. They're only the ones with dark skin. Guess the rest of us are on our own.

And if Holder was white and said this, they'd be screaming for his impeachment and worse.

I was always under the assumption that anyone who holds any form of public office (Judges) would be under the protection of U.S. Marshalls. It would also warrant an investigation to who tweeted it.
