DNC Facing Class Action Suit for Favoring Clinton Over Bernie in 2016

The Democratic National Committee is facing fraud charges for accepting donations under the guise of impartiality while supporting Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders in 2016…

Excerpt:

The Democratic National Committee’s (DNC) charter claims the group is bound by a pledge to impartiality when it comes to picking a presidential candidate. The organization’s violation of that pledge was well-documented in the WikiLeaks scandal that rocked the 2016 election, and the lingering tensions were still simmering during last month’s so-called “unity tour” with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and DNC Chair Tom Perez.

A new class action lawsuit, reported first by Newsweek on Thursday, charges the DNC with “fraud, deceptive conduct and negligent misrepresentation over the course of the 2016 primaries” for its role in aiding Hillary Clinton’s primary win over Sanders last year.

The lawsuit seeks to force the DNC to repay its donors contributions made throughout the election, “citing a misappropriation of public funds.”

What difference, at this point, does it make?

"Over the course of the 2016 primaries"? Try over the course of the past 200 years.

Compared to the left trying to overthrow the government with flimsy allegations of Russian hacking, this lawsuit is really just sh!ts and giggles. Unlike the left, our side has a sense of humor.

Then the lefties like to accuse us of not having a sense of humor, when it comes to criticizing their precious garbage, i.e Saturday Night Live, the pompous douche Stephen Colbert, the Daily Show, etc.

Projection, the leftards' "bestest" friend.

Do you suppose they'd allow her to play that taped testimony in this new matter so that she can continue to undergo whatever experimental procedure they're doing to get her ready for 2020?

Though it will be great to see the DNC lose a bunch of money defending this in court, I don't think it will go very far.
