EXCERPT:

Seattle has a human feces problem on their streets and sidewalks. But the city council cannot agree on how to remove the crap.

Councilmember Larry Gossett says power-washing the sidewalks bring up images of using hoses against civil rights activists.

The Seattle News reported:

Some committee members expressed concern about addressing the symptoms of the areaís problems without getting to the cause. Councilmember Larry Gossett said he didnít like the idea of power-washing the sidewalks because it brought back images of the use of hoses against civil-rights activists.

Another council member, Claudia Balducci, suggested that the county consider using social-service employees in partnership with police.

You can't make this kind of caca up can you. Let's not use an effective means of cleaning up because...it's racist?

Larry Gossett was SNCC and a Black Panther back in the '60s/'70s. Yeah, I'LL BET he knows a thing or two about being on the wrong end of a firehose... and it was his own damned fault.

But, hey, if the people of Seattle want to elect the Larry Gossetts to run the city, let them wallow in it.

Truly.

It's a real shame that no one in the media or in power has the nada to mock this to the extent that it needs to be

I don't see any problem at all. Seattle is supposed to be a "green" city, and feces is a part of nature. Just leave it to biodegrade naturally.

I never have liked that city at all, and I was born there.

I was born in Tacoma.

I never thought Seattle would smell worse than Tacoma.

I always liked Seattle, but never lived there. Port Townsend, Spokane, and Everett.

It's sad to see progressive politics ruin a great state like Washington, still mostly a great state once you're away from Seattle and the I-5 corridor. Same goes for my home state Oregon.

I wonder if the idiot owns a hose at his house? If he does then why is he owning such a racist piece of equipment. Also crosses were used as well. Does this moron have one? What about laws, they were where the crosses were burned, gasoline to light the fire? RACIST! What about Air? Without air you can't combust a fire!?!?! This moron should stop breathing.

I guess we're sorta opposites in that regard: I wasn't born in Seattle (born in Ottumwa Iowa), but I grew up there and love that city. It breaks my heart to see what that once-beautiful city is becoming.

Isn't it odd that the party who's members can't figure out how to clean up the <censored> on their city's streets somehow think their policies will work at the national level?! Trump should send film crews into Leftist strongholds, make a few campaign ads and let the Left try to explain what they've created...

Water comes from hose, so it's racist, too.

GTFOY

There is a simple solution to the problem - DON'T LET PEOPLE CRAP IN THE STREETS. If that's beyond your comprehension, then require people to carry poochie bags and ticket them like would a dog owner when they don't scoop their poop.

When walking democrats, remember to put them on a leash and bring a poop bag.
