My Presidential Platform is exquisitely simple:

1. Return the Federal government to the bounds of the U. S. Constitution, as written by the Founders and explained by them in the Federalist Papers.

2. Govern in accordance with the Constitution.

My agenda for accomplishing this is more complex:

1. Any Bill reaching my desk without - as its first paragraph - a clear, concise, specific and supportable Constitutional justification will be vetoed out of hand. All properly formatted bills will be judged primarily on their constitutionality, followed by practicality, applicability, sensibility and necessity.

2. Every Department, Agency, Program, Entitlement, etc., i.e. the entire governmental apparatus, will be required to submit a clear, concise, specific and supportable justification for its continued existence. Those which "make the cut" will continue; those which do not will be eliminated by whatever legal means necessary (Executive Order, legislative repeal, de-funding, etc.) and their percentage of the Federal Budget deducted from the budget AND from the tax rate.

3. A special commission, sunsetted to my first term, will be established to review the entire United States Code. Any laws found to fail the above delineated Constitutional justification test will be packaged and sent to Congress as a Bill, requesting repeal. A sub-section of the Review Commission will review the decisions of the supreme Court; those which fail justification will be petitioned for revisit.

4. The Nation's borders will be closed and a two-year moritorium on immigration will be imposed. Illegal aliens will be rounded up as found and deported; no extraordinary efforts would be necessary -- business as usual and strict adherence to the law will get the job done. During the moritorium, all aspects of immmigration policy will be reviewed and updated as necessary.

5. All judges on the Federal bench will themselves be judged on their adherence to the Constitution; those who do not measure up will be impeached, removed and replaced with judges who do. All judicial appointments will be based on one criterion: belief in and adherence to the Constitution - as explained in my Platform above.

6. Any member of Congress, or of my Administration, who violates his oath to "support and
defend the Cnstitution of the United States" will be targeted for impeachment and removal.

7. The first Bill to be introduced to the Congress by my Administgration will be to repeal the Seventeenth Amendment; the second Bill will be to repeal the Sixteenth Amendment; the third Bill will be to disestablish the Internal Revenue Service and repeal the entire tax code, replacing it with a national consumption tax of 10-20 percent, as necessary.

8. All foreigh aid will be suspended pending review; those nations deemed to be truly our friends will be considered for reinstatement.

9. United States military presence overseas will be closely reevaluated; continuance will be in direct proportion to the impact on National security.

10. The United States terminates its membership in the United Nations, declines to renew all UN lease(s) on land within National borders, and invites that "august" body to move its operations elsewhere - within 12 months or face forcible eviction.
