Excerpt:

Joe Biden flipped the script on the GOP's constant attacks on his mental state, with the former vice president questioning President Trump's own mental acuity.

In response to a question on what consequences the president should face if reports that he knew about a Russian government scheme to pay Taliban soldiers to kill American service members overseas were true, Biden said Trump "doesn't seem cognitively aware of what's going on."

"This president talks about cognitive capability. He doesn't seem to be cognitively aware of what's going on," Biden said on Tuesday afternoon during a press briefing in Wilmington, Delaware. "The idea that he didn't know or wasn't being briefed, that's a dereliction of duty. And if he was briefed and didn't do anything about it, that's a dereliction of duty."

Biden then proceeded to accuse Trump of being "unfit to be president," before adding that he'd personally hold Russian President Vladimir Putin accountable for the move.

The controversy over whether Trump was briefed on the alleged Russian plot has caused a firestorm through Washington. The president has denied that he was ever told about the intelligence, and senior intelligence officials have told the Washington Examiner that Trump was never told about the supposed plot, which some intelligence officials dispute.

Everyone knows that Gropey McGropeface was 0bama's insurance policy. No matter how lazy, corrupt, or incompetent 0'Frauda turned out to be, no one dared attempt to assassinate or remove him from office with Joementia next line.  As it turns out, Bam Bam was all three.

Joe Biden accusing anybody else of not being "cognitively aware" is like Bonnie & Clyde accusing somebody else of being violent...Quasimodo accusing somebody else of being ugly...any Democrat accusing somebody else of being dishonest...etc etc etc...

"This president talks about cognitive capability. He doesn't seem to be cognitively aware of what's going on,"

So far, there is a NYT report from an anonymous source.  So far, there is nothing more than the word of a leftist rag that anything, at all, is "going on" that anyone should be "cognitively aware of."

"The idea that he didn't know or wasn't being briefed, that's a dereliction of duty."  So, basically, the President not knowing about or not being briefed on something that has not even been confirmed to exist is a "dereliction of duty?"  More weapons grade stupid from the left.

"And if he was briefed and didn't do anything about it, that's a dereliction of duty."  Briefed on what, Joe?  An unconfirmed, un-sourced, alleged piece of intel leaked to a leftist rag?

For leftist morons who have no clue how anything works, the intel community gets countless bits of raw intelligence everyday.  Analysts then work to determine the credibility of said intel.  If the intel is found to be false, it is classified as such.  There is zero need to brief the President on intel that has been found to have no merit.  AND, BTW, that assumes that this supposed intel actually exists, in the first place, which has not been proven.  Again...leftist rag, anonymous source...you get the picture.

He can’t even do a press conference without having a pre-determined list of reporters to “choose”.  And even then he still had to look down at his pre-written “answers” to those softballs.  And EVEN THEN, he STILL had trouble forming answers that sounded nothing like coherent.  Anything live where he doesn’t have someone spoon-feeding him, and he’s going to get pummeled.

Wanna bet the left won’t try impeachment over this, because then their sources would have to give answers under oath, which in the left’s case can totally flip what they say.

I personally think that they have played their impeachment card.  Unless there is a huge swing their way in the Senate in the next election, I doubt that they will try again.  I don't think that they are anxious to put Schiff and Nadler in front of the public for extended periods of time again unless they have solid shot at conviction...or unless they have an actual impeachable offense at some point.
