New York Launches Unsecured Online 'Portal' For Requesting Absentee Ballots

Article:

As New York, which successfully managed to hold most of its primary votes mostly by mail, has opened an online portal allowing residents to request an absentee ballot.

Gov Andrew Cuomo acted unilaterally to allow any person concerned about COVID-19 risk to request an absentee ballot, even as some southern states rule that COVID-19 fears aren't a valid reason to vote absentee. ;

NYers have until Oct. 27 to mail in their ballots.

The absentee ballot portal went live Tuesday, and Cuomo heralded the launch as a move toward ensuring free and fair elections.

USPS has advised Americans to request ballots no later than 15 days before the Nov. 3 vote.

To request a ballot, users must enter their birth date, county and ZIP code to confirm that you are already registered to vote. You are then taken to a page where you decide how you want the absentee ballot delivered.

Interestingly, when we tested the portal, we found that it didn't include any requests for sensitive private information like an individual's social security number. An individual could request an absentee ballot simply by entering in another individual's birthday, address and zip code - all information that's easily attainable.

The screen shots below are from the website for NYC's board of elections. City-dwellers are directed there to finish the application, but virtually all of the same questions, and the complete lack of security, are the same.

In my state you have to have your driver's license or other official state ID number to request an absentee ballot, along with address, phone number, email addy. But then we have to have a photo ID to vote.

Both requests are perfectly legitimate.

There is no "perfectly legitimate" reason for an "honest" voter to need more than one ballot..  I thought you were "essential" too.  If this is so, you have no need for one absentee ballot, let alone two.  So, if you are going to cheat, you shouldn't be so timid about it.  Grow some balls and cheat like a true Democrat.  Think of what Joe Kennedy would say about a loser who only cheats once.

If you ordered an absentee ballot for your wife, you committed voter fraud.  This is called cheating.

Or are you going to try to tell me that fraud and cheating are different?

The best part about this vote fraud in blue states is that it turns a blue state blue.

Brilliant!

That is true but it also ensures that primaries are going to be adjusted so only cronies of the party will be candidates and neither party will ever rise from corruption.

That’s nice your mom let’s your wife live in the basement too? Does she have her own Tesla? Better question with democrat voters is your wife still alive or are you filling it out for her? Even joking aside you see no issue that a person can request a ballot for someone else? Even if it’s for your actual wife you have just shown there’s a huge flaw in the system. But hey why not order one for you dad, your mom, your nieghbor, the dog and the cat.

I asked you how many times you requested, you said "twice" (direct quote) now you are saying you only requested once.  Either you are lying then or you are lying now.  That is how "honest" you are.

ps.  I'm betting you are lying now.

There is no adjustment.

Ballot was requested twice - once by me, once by my wife.

The only reason I asked how many times was because I was making a joke because the only reason Cuomo allowed this is so Democrats can vote several times and Anton actually took it literally and admitted it was what he did!  I never predicted someone would be so "honest" about cheating!  Lol!

Honestly now, did anyone read this crazy horsecrap and NOT roll their eyes?

P.S. My ballot will be signed by me and matched to my signature on my voter roll registration.

We do that everytime you post. But it’s understandable since you seem to either have mental challenges or an in capability to be honest. It’s amazing how often your story shifts. I roll my eyes 59 times in every thread you post in.

I'm sure all of your ballots will be signed by you...  With different names.

We’re both ballots requested from the same computer? Back to the actual topic of the thread. If so why couldn’t a slime ball democrat request3-4-10 ballots from the same computer to the same address? Should be easy enough to answer. You just admitted you ordered 2. If that’s all you ordered

Thats because you are not quite right in the head and are confusing your politico fantasies for reality.

Anyway, this has been another fun episode.
